Freedom In Christ Church is an eclectic mix of people from a wide variety of church backgrounds. Some of us came from churches where they only sang the old hymns; others came from churches where praise choruses and expressive praise (ie: lifting hands, dancing before the Lord, and clapping hands) was more the style of worship. We believe we are instructed in Scripture to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth and recognize heart attitude rather than style as being the matter of importance.

Over the years of growing together as a church family, it seems that our worship in song has developed into a more charismatic expressive style with mostly contemporary praise music. Our heart in this assembly is that our worship would touch and move the heart of God, whatever expression we might use.  

The Lord has provided us with an anointed team of wonderful musicians and singers.  They have been faithful to lead the congregation into the presence of God each Sunday as we gather together to exalt Him in worship.
